Cheryl Cole may be planning to demand a divorce from husband Ashley ‘within weeks’ if recent tabloid reports are to be believed
Friends have told the Daily Mail that the X Factor judge’s toleration levels have dropped and she has passed the point of ‘riding out’ the storm surrounding their relationship.
Friends told the newspaper: ‘Cheryl is exhausted with it all.
‘There was a point when she was going to ride it all out, but she has heard rumours of more women and cannot face it’.
Cheryl is facing claims that her husband of three-and-a-half years has been unfaithful after a string of cyber hook-ups with women involving naked snaps and videos.
The devastated star, who yesterday escaped the UK press only to land in the laps of LA press, is believed to be ending her marriage in a matter of weeks.
This latest news follows on from the previous week’s constant barrage of events involving the Coles, who together earn £8.4 million per year.
Cole was spotted leaving Heathrow airport before she jetted out to LA wearing a different ring on her wedding finger to replace the £160,000 band that Ashley had married her with.
Unfortunately the pair did not sign a pre-nuptial agreement meaning if Cheryl goes ahead with the rumoured plans, they will be fighting gold in court.
At the time Cheryl said of the lack of financial agreement that there was no need to sign any forms as they were ‘committing’ themselves to each other with ‘no ifs and buts'.
