Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will present a program for economic reforms next week, UNIAN news agency reported on Thursday.
Yanukovych, whose 100th day in power falls on June 4, said that everyone who has enough desire and experience would have the opportunity to participate in implementing the program.
"The economy is like a sensitive woman, who shouldn't be approached mindlessly," he added.
Earlier, Yanukovych promised reforms in Ukraine would begin in 2011.
