SINGAPORE: The Civil Service College, CSC, has reached an agreement with the Tianjin Administrative Institute, TAI, to enhance the partnership between both institutions.
Under the terms of a Memorandum of Understanding signed this morning, CSC and TAI will conduct exchange programmes and joint forums for civil servants, trainers and researchers over the next three years.
This will facilitate the sharing of experiences and ideas between Singapore and Tianjin.
CSC conducts training programmes for some 4,000 overseas officials annually.
Last year, CSC received more than 30 delegations from China and trained over 1,000 Chinese officials.
