Seoul, South Korea (CNN) -- Park Yong-ha, a popular Korean actor and singer, was found dead in Seoul Wednesday in what appeared to be a suicide, Yonhap news agency reported.
Park's mother found his body in his home early Wednesday morning, the news agency reported. The 33-year-old actor, who rose to fame after his co-starring role in the South Korean television drama, "Winter Sonata," hanged himself and did not leave a suicide note, Yonhap reported.
