OTTAWA (Reuters) - An airliner operated by United Express slid off the runway at Ottawa airport on Wednesday, but there were no serious injuries among the passengers, an airport spokeswoman said.
She said the aircraft was built by Brazilian aerospace group Embraer but had no more details.
Local media said the plane was arriving from Washington, carrying 33 people. Ottawa was hit by heavy rain on Wednesday afternoon.
