(CNN) -- The death toll in Friday's blast in Pakistan has gone up to 102, a government official said Saturday.
About 120 people were injured and 10 more are missing, said Miraj Khan, government administration official of Pakistan's Mohmand Agency.
Taliban fighters orchestrated the attack, which was aimed at people trying to create anti-Taliban militias, a Taliban spokesman said.
Mohmand is one of seven semiautonomous tribal agencies along the 1,500-mile border that Pakistan shares with Afghanistan.
The Pakistani military has been battling insurgents in the area for some time.
