Military plane crash in Romania kills at least 10

Bucharest, Romania (CNN) -- A military plane has crashed near the Tuzla Romania Airport near the Black Sea with four crew members and nine military divers on board, a Romanian Ministry of Defense spokesman said Monday.
He said the crash killed 10 people and injured three more.
Shortly after takeoff around 5:40 p.m. local time, the AN2 plane suddenly lost altitude and hit the ground, bursting into flames.
The plane was based at the Airforce Application School in Boboc, Romania, and took off from the Tuzla airfield for parachute training.
The survivors have been recovered and taken to the hospital, said the defense spokesman.
