MINNEWAUKAN — Travis and Corinne Risovi’s children could buckle up life jackets to ride bikes in front of their house.
The couple and their three young children live in Minnewaukan. Their cozy ranch-style home is suddenly and very uncomfortably lake- front property. Water laps at the foot of their driveway.
They are among the newest victims of Devils Lake, a body of water that has an unholy appetite for land, gorging another 10,000 acres for every foot it rises.
