Boat accidents in DR Congo claim 'many' lives

Many people are feared dead in two separate boat accidents in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
One of the boats was carrying up to 300 people when it caught fire on the Kasai River near the Angolan border.
The boat was carrying fuel, a Congolese minister told the BBC, and there should not have been any passengers on board.
In the other accident, 24 people were killed in the north-western province of Equateur when a boat capsized on the Ruki river.
Boats and ferries are commonly used in DR Congo, which has few viable roads.
