Crew evacuated, one missing from Russian ship in distress

Rescuers have evacuated 17 crewmembers from a Russian ship that hit rocks off the south-western coast of Sakhalin Island, an emergency service official said on Wednesday.
Rescuers are looking for one missing sailor. The Anabar dredger has about 100 tons of oil products on board.
"There has been no leak," the official said.
The Anabar broke its moorings and was thrown on the rocks late on Tuesday near the island of Moneron, some 40 kilometers (25 miles) from Sakhalin.
