An Indian public relations officer, KMF, was accused of molesting an eight-year-old Indian girl while she was playing with her friend on May 31.
The moment a man hugged the girl, her friend rushed to her father and told him about the incident.
The father RR, 39, rushed to the place where the two girls were playing and saw the man still there.
The man confessed to the father and requested him not to report him to the police. He was later arrested.
The accused confessed before the Prosecution to hugging and touching the girl.
Before the Dubai Criminal Court, KMF denied the accusation and asked for verdict.
The case was adjourned for verdict until October 5.
