Cole married soccer-player Ashley Cole in 2006. His cheating was the cause of their divorce, Britain's Daily Mail said Monday.
"There's no children … I'm very thankful for that," Cole said.
She said her divorce in London last week was a "quickie" ceremony lasting 60 seconds.
In an interview in the October issue of Vogue magazine, Cole said she has plenty to be happy about.
"I've just got to be grateful that I've got so many good things going on. I have. And there's no children you know? Some people's lives fall apart," she said in the Vogue interview. "Of course, it's heartbreaking, but it's not anything remotely like it could have been, and I'm very, very grateful for that".
