How this woman played Russian Roulette with cops

It was just a beginning of a case full of twists when a Russian woman was held in May for overstaying in the country.
She was first charged with overstaying, then for running away from custody and later when she was ready to pack her bags, she was once again taken to court for 'hiding her real name'.
Sultan Abdullah, 30, officer on duty on that day, testified before the Prosecution that police had arrested CA, 22, Russian, along with LG, 26, Moldavian, from a hotel for overstaying their vist visas and took to the Criminal Investigations Department on May 1.
During the investigations, they requested to use the toilet and quietly escaped through the window at around 9pm the same day. However, the operation room surveillance cameras spotted the two women running across the yard and alerted officials. The two were caught hiding behind a tree in the premises.
So apart from charges of overstaying, the two women were also prosecuted for running away from custody and destroying public property worth Dh500.
They confessed to their crimes and served one month in jail. When the time came for their deportation, police found CA had given a false name. The Russian was once again interrogated and faced the Prosecution.
Police argued that the name in her passport was GCA and not CA, as she had stated when arrested in May.
She denied the accusation and successfully proved in the Misdemeanours Court that it was a human error and the police who questioned her earlier misunderstood the way she pronounced her name. She proved the name on the passport was correct and said she had no intention to hide her real name.
