Net unaudited profits for Russia's largest mineral fertilizer producer EuroChem increased by 32 percent year-on-year in the first nine months of 2010 to 11.7 billion rubles to IFRS, the company said on Thursday.
In dollar terms, net profit grew 42 percent in January-September 2010 to $388 million compared with the same period last year.
Consolidated revenue rose 26 percent to 69.7 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.
Gross margin grew by 43 percent to 34.8 billion rubles, EBITDA by 44 percent to 19.4 billion rubles, while EBITDA margin rose to 27.8 percent from 24.4 percent year-on-year.
Net profit in the third quarter of 2010 grew by 46 percent to 4.8 billion rubles, consolidated revenue by 29 percent to 24.3 billion rubles. EBITDA in this period more than doubled to 6.3 billion rubles from 3.1 billion rubles, while EBITDA margin rose to 26 percent from 17 percent year-on-year, the company said.
Net debt amounted to 35.9 billion rubles as of September 30, 2010, down from 36.5 billion rubles in the same period last year.
