BAGHDAD, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Roadside bombs and mortar fire targeting Christian homes in several Baghdad neighborhoods killed at least three people Wednesday, officials said.
Twenty-five people were wounded in the attacks, the latest targeting Christians in Iraq, CNN reported.
The Iraqi Interior Ministry said three other people were wounded Tuesday when bombs detonated outside of Christian homes in western Iraq.
Houses in the Zayouna, eastern Baghdad, and in al-Dora were targeted, al-Sumaria reported.
The Kuwaiti news agency KUNA said attacks were reported on homes of Christians in several neighborhoods throughout Iraq's capital.
The string of attacks in the last two days come after the Oct. 31 attack on a Christian church in which 70 people died and 75 people were wounded. The Islamic State of Iraq, an umbrella of Sunni extremist organizations with ties to al-Qaida in Iraq, claimed responsibility.
