Bulgarian Connection in Portugal Triple Homicide

Three Bulgarian immigrants were gunned down in the Portuguese city of Aljustrel, the Portuguese newspaper, Diari de Noticias, reports Saturday.
The bodies of two men and a woman, approximate ages 30 to 40, have been discovered by a local farmer early Saturday in a minivan, parked about 700 meters from the nearby highway.
The farmer notified the police and the probe revealed the victims were Bulgarian nationals, living in the area. The search has been impeded by lasting rains, which destroyed part of the evidence such as automobile tracks and footprints.
The paper cites a police official saying the triple-homicide could be related to mafia, dealing with human trafficking from Eastern Europe. Novinite
