Body found in trunk after police chase

TRENTON, N.J., Jan. 16 (UPI) -- Police who chased two vehicles across the New Jersey-Pennsylvania line Sunday wound up with four men in custody plus a body in a trunk, authorities said.

Police in Trenton, N.J., spotted a vehicle shortly before 1 a.m. matching the description of one seen leaving a Chambersburg, N.J., home invasion.

Officers tailed the vehicle for awhile and the chase began in earnest when it and a second vehicle drove past a toll booth without paying, The Trentonian in Trenton reported.

Officers caught up with one vehicle and its two occupants near Falls Township, Pa., and with the second vehicle and its two occupants near Philadelphia, the newspaper said.

Police said they found the "lifeless body" of a black man about 30 years old in the trunk of the first vehicle. It appeared the unidentified man may have been dead for hours.

The names of the two suspects from the car with the body were not released. The two occupants of the second vehicle, a minivan linked to an armed robbery, were identified as Danuweli M. Keller, 23, of Hamilton, and Abdutawab Kiazolu, 22, of Trenton. UPI
