An Eagle Grove man faces a charge of first-degree murder following the discovery of a body Thursday in rural Wright County
Lucas Allen Faulkner, 20, of accused in the death of Devin Resh, 19, of Webster City.
Investigators were called to a rural location in the northwest section of the county about 11 a.m. The cause of death and alleged motive in the slaying have not been reported.
Faulkner is being held in the Wright County Jail on $500,000 bond. The Wright County Conservation Department and Eagle Grove Police are helping the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and the Wright County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation. Link
