Bulgaria's Minister of Transport and Communications, Aleksander Tsvetkov, dismissed Thursday Milen Keremedchiev from his post as Director of the Postal Services.
The decision for the surprising move had been made Wednesday while Keremedchiev had been informed Thursday.
The Transport Ministry confirmed officially the information, saying the discharge is the result of mutual agreement.
