DETROIT, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- An electrical cord fashioned into a noose was found hanging in a Ford Motor Co. plant in Michigan during the weekend, Ford officials say.
The noose was found in the basement of the company's Woodhaven Stamping Plant in Wayne County, the Detroit Free Press reported.
"We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to inappropriate behavior like that," Ford spokeswoman Marcey Evans said.
The basement is not a high-traffic area of the facility and there isn't a reason for most employees to go there, she said. UPI
