Tower blocks, school evacuated over south Russia car bomb

Two residential tower blocks and a school were evacuated in the south Russian city of Stavropol on Thursday after police found a car bomb nearby.
The car, parked outside a cafe in the west of the city, contains a corpse covered in explosives, a police officer told RIA Novosti.
"Bomb technicians and FSB [Federal Security Service] officers are working at the scene," he said.
