An Indian swimming coach was accused of sexually abusing a ten-year-old girl during classes.
On June 7, BMP, 38, Indian, complained to police that her daughter, SMP, refused to attend swimming classes because FK, 25, had misbehaved with her.
SMP testified before the prosecution that her trainer had touched her body and had forced her to do the same to him.
The accused denied the accusation and asked the court for acquittal.
The court adjourned the case until the end of this month for verdict.
