HOUSTON, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Robbers police describe as highly-organized crashed a pickup truck into a Houston convenience story and made off with an ATM machine, officials said.
Police said several suspects backed a stolen pickup truck through the glass doors and into the Alba Food Store in northwest Houston early Monday, loaded the ATM into the truck and drove off, KHOU-TV, Houston, reported.
Police found the stolen truck abandoned a few blocks away.
Witnesses say the suspects transferred the ATM into an SUV and drove away.
No arrests have been made but police said the crime was captured by a surveillance camera.
Police are investigating and said the same suspects may have committed other robberies in the area, KHOU-TV reported. UPI
