Four Russian Neo-Nazis are to be undergo psychiatric examinations, after charges for murder on 27 counts.
They are members of the former National Socialist Society, which was formed in January and banned in February, RIA Novosti reported.
Russia has a bad reputation for racially-motivated violence, especially around April 20, the anniversary of Hitler's birth. Skinhead groups periodically target people of non-Slavic appearance.
