ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Nov. 1 (UPI) -- An apparent U.S. drone attack in Pakistan's tribal region killed five suspected militants, intelligence officials said.
Two Pakistani intelligence officials said a drone fired five missiles at a military hideout in the area of Mir Ali in North Waziristan, CNN reported.
The drone attack was the 84th this year compared to 52 drone attacks in 2009.
The officials asked not to be named because they are not authorized to speak to the media, CNN said.
